Before you request feedback

Your answers stay in this page’s memory. We do not save your answers or send them to advertising platforms while you complete the quiz. Refreshing or closing the page clears this unsent information. Hosting providers may process ordinary technical request logs.

When you request email feedback or a call

With your explicit consent, we save your name, email, telephone number (only for a call), chosen contact method, selected answers, personal summary and consent record in our private customer-management system. Ian uses these to prepare for and respond to your coaching enquiry using the method you selected. Email feedback does not request a call. Choosing “Just show my summary” sends no details or quiz answers. Some optional answers, such as rest or activity, may reveal health or wellbeing information. You can skip optional questions, or contact Ian directly instead of sending the quiz.

This is not a medical assessment and does not sign you up for marketing. No quiz answers or contact details are sent to Meta or Google advertising tags by this quiz. External research links open the publisher’s website and are governed by its own privacy notice.

Optional Meta advertising measurement

If you select Allow measurement, Meta Pixel uses cookies (including _fbp and, where applicable, _fbc) and browser/network information such as your IP address, browser, page address and ad-click identifiers to attribute a successfully submitted enquiry to advertising. We send a generic Lead event and a random request identifier only after your request is confirmed saved. We do not send quiz answers, your summary, name, email or phone number to Meta. Automatic event collection and advanced matching are disabled. Measurement is optional and is separate from consent to receive your requested response. Necessary only leaves the quiz and enquiry form working. You can withdraw permission using Ad measurement choices; this stops future measurement but does not undo information already sent. Meta may process information internationally under its privacy policy. Your measurement preference is stored in this browser; a session record prevents duplicate enquiry events.

Storage and your choices

Our website hosting provider Netlify and the providers operating our customer-management system, including OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare, process data to operate this service. See the website policy for retention and international-processing information. We keep enquiry information only as long as needed for the stated purpose and applicable obligations. You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@ianrossfitness.co.uk. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.
