Make action manageable
Short, adaptable sessions and simple weekly priorities reduce the friction that stops people beginning.
Inclusive online wellbeing for modern teams
Stronger at Work gives employees of different ages, abilities and fitness levels a realistic route into better strength, movement and nutrition—without extreme challenges, public comparison or equipment-heavy training.
Why this matters
Employees at every career stage can benefit from practical support with movement, strength and food choices. The challenge is turning good intentions into repeatable action around work, family responsibilities, travel, shifts and different starting points.
Short, adaptable sessions and simple weekly priorities reduce the friction that stops people beginning.
Beginner and progression options focus on capability, confidence and everyday movement—not comparison.
Weekly prompts help participants keep going when work becomes busy or routines change.
Practical guidance covers protein, portions, fibre and planning without restrictive workplace dieting.
A healthier, more capable workforce can support energy, engagement and retention—factors with real financial importance for an organisation.
A contained pilot gives the organisation participation and feedback evidence before considering anything wider.
